Pros
You can get promoted if you are really good a brown nosing and kissing butt, even if you are completely incompetent and incapable of performing a managing role.
Cons
Concentra's consistent theme is understaffed. There is constantly people quitting and not being replaced, so the employees that have chosen to stay have to do the work of multiple people. This is not just for a week or month while they are working on hiring someone, it can last years. And although you are doing the work of multiple people, you will not get a raise. If it is time for your annual review they will make up several reasons why you should not get a raise. Your work load will always be more than you are allotted time for. I am someone who likes to be busy at work, but this is beyond what a sane person should have to handle, especially since you will not be fairly compensated. This company will constantly push the blame on their workers, and it is highly unlikely anyone will every accept responsibility for their own actions. You will probably often get in trouble for things that you did not do and had no control over. This place wants to express teamwork as a main way of working, but it does not happen. As far as your coworkers go this is because they are so overworked, they cannot help you, as there is never enough staff.
