      Pros

      Great company to work for, you really get out what you put in. Great sales leaders that actively support their sales team.

      Cons

      There's a little inconsistency in long term company vision. Comp plan always radically shifting but with any company changed is expected.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
