Opportunity to work from home in certain instances. Basically bankers hours from Eight to Five. Great and professional Physical Therapy departments.
Cons
Management will tell you one thing and then do the opposite. They claim that the Sales department is their "lifeblood" yet TREAT them like the bottom of the barrel. They are constantly changing the comussion structure, sometimes mid stream, making it more difficult to achieve any real money. You don't have to take my word for it...the high employee turnover says it all. There are TOP performers quitting due to their paychecks getting continually smaller DESPITE huge sales numbers being put up. You have to justify your sales or you will not get the monies due.
