No training as a new hire starting at the top, everyone's punching bag from clients to associates, to doctors, to upper management, to sales freaks. Held prisoner to extremely disgruntled, antagonistic, violent front office colleagues. Write someone up for starting a FIGHT with a CLT member, or for calling out last second 4-5 times a month gets you called a racist by HR. HR tells you NOT to write these people up. All colleagues escalate everything to HR, regionals etc just because they are having a bad day? Basically, if a colleague gets mad about..... Well.... Anything! They WIG out!, call HR, Humana, freakin OBAMA!, and whatever they say about the "Center Punching Bag" is taken as the word of GOD! This isn't just me saying this about the "COD" position... They ALL DO. Then, after factual, concrete proof that I improved the NPER and wait times with zero training as a new hire...... Performance managed and fired ALL over the phone? Told they may fire me today, maybe tomorrow, lost faith in me because my crazy medical staff would just wig about it being busy and escalate!. I knew this is what I was getting into just by the glass door reviews when I was RECRUITED for this position... And yes... This IS reality.
