      Pros

      Some Really Great Caring people that work in the clinics.

      Cons

      Too many changes in leadership and it is a crazy mess there right now. No one knows what to do, lack of communication, lack of direction, and lots of great leaders left the organization.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
