      Pros

      I have support to treat my patients the way I see fit. Excellent manual therapy program.

      Cons

      One challenge is working in a center without other therapists. I am able to discuss patients with the physician.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
