Cons
A lot of people are used to doing things classically, even when things aren't really working already. Leadership is in most part stubborn and keeps repeating on things instead of evolving and innovating. They are in a very competitive and highly innovative market but they keep on being complacent because they were "market leaders" based on their own definition. But clearly, a lot of competitors has already overtaken them. This might be the next Cosmos (maker of now extinct Pop Cola) if they dont turn things around. Also, employees are treated as not part of their community. Their community consists of only the customers and their investors. Employees are just resources to them.
