great work culture. great perks. amazing opportunity with late stage development. free snacks and drinks in kitchen. great new facility with great quality subsidized lunch restaurant. free covered parking with EV charging.

Fully stocked kitchen & free breakfast. Concert did have a lot of "perks" for their employees, such as trivia nights and wine Fridays. Facilities always had well managed instrumentation and resources. The entire company seemed very organized and structured.

I left work crying on several occasions because I was made to feel like the work I did with Concert was never good enough. I was an undergraduate studying engineering and I consistently was expected to have the knowledge and experience of a PhD graduate in organic chemistry. The teams were very cliquey and the environment felt very unprofessional. While I was young and did make mistakes of my own that I will fully admit to, I definitely could have been treated better which inhibited my learning experience.
