Pros

There is so much to tell that i am converting them into pointers lol: • Everybody is learning from everybody. Founders learn from interns, interns learn from founders, and nobody acts like they know everything. • There is genuinely no hierarchy. If you have a good idea, people will listen to it no matter what your designation is. • The management is the best part of the company. They are extremely supportive and very easy to approach. You can literally call or text the founders if you need help with something. • Juniors are encouraged to challenge ideas. I've seen people get opportunities and even move into completely different roles because the company saw potential in them. • I have learned more in the last 1.5 years than I learned in the previous 4 years of my content marketing career. • You get a lot of ownership. Strategists own accounts, writers own their work, and people are trusted to make decisions. • You are not limited to your job description. You'll end up learning writing, editing, client communication, team management, time management, leadership, and a lot more. • Weekly learning sessions are a big part of the culture. Everybody shares what they are learning, and the team keeps getting better together. • People genuinely want each other to succeed. If you're stuck, you'll always find someone willing to help. • Promotions and hikes are based on performance. If you're doing good work, it gets noticed. • Quality matters more than volume. The focus is on creating content that drives business results, not just publishing content for the sake of it. • Employees get credit for their work and achievements are celebrated. • The company gives you the premium tools you need to do your work properly. • Personal branding is encouraged. The company wants employees to grow professionally, not just contribute to company goals. • One thing I personally love is how much management respects people's time and mental health. Nobody expects you to be available all the time. I've had situations where I couldn't meet a deadline and my manager stepped in and handled things instead of making it a problem. That kind of support is rare. • Remote culture is excellent. Even though everyone works from different places, the team feels connected.

Cons

• The company is growing and sometimes the workload can feel like a lot because the team is still small. • Since people get a lot of ownership, there are times when you have multiple things happening at once. • This is probably not the right place for someone who wants to be told exactly what to do every day. People who prefer staying within a very narrow role may find it very challenging and might not even pass the interviews. I am one of the people who take interviews and we reject such candidates immediately for their own good. • The team is already expanding, but hiring more people will help reduce the workload further.
