Pros

Many lovely and friendly people working there

Cons

Poor management. Certain employees given preferential treatment by management and Team Leaders etc due to friendship/romantic relationships. Internal promotions given based on friendships/romantic relationships with decision-makers. All CSRs on same pay, regardless of whether you were working there as a new employee, or been there for years (and this goes for everyone). If you log in even 1 minute late on 3 occasions, you are put on probation. But if you take a call just before the end of your shift and work for ANY amount of time after your shift officially ended, you get no overtime or acknowledgement for it (even if you are stuck on a call for nearly an hour). Dishonest and unethical sales methods used by many members of staff is overlooked by some Team Leaders and management in order to increase sales figures (hence, the client who outsourced their business to Conduit during my time there was being overcharged and in receipt of misleading sales figures for years). I could go on, but I think I've given anyone who would ever consider working for this organisation an idea of how things 'work' in Conduit's Dublin base.
