Pros
Pay may be OK depending on position. If you have been here awhile you are basically not fire able, at least until the company is insolvent again.
Cons
Disrespectful management
Lazy coworkers play the blame game - mostly play games and face book all day with excuses not to help with work
Few people do all of the work and are beat up constantly until they quit
Completely disorganized in every aspect
Selling projects but do not want to spend time and money to vet and insure profit on jobs
Most coworkers are completely incompetent and unable to perform the job hired for
Massive layoffs last year, and now closing branches again - dishonest about company direction
Bait and switch hiring methods to put people in positions not hired for. Benefits also not as good as made to appear.
Multiple layers of to get any small task done - and the process is never clearly defined before it changes again. People come and go and no one ever knows what they are doing.
Management yells, screams, blames, backstabs and act childish to cover core incompetence.
Management extreme egotism. CEO changes all the time, but middle management seem to be the problem.
All technology is very bad - phones/laptops/server. Better off working from home if it were an option
