Pros
I found an excellent engineering team to work with, people who were committed to do whatever it takes to meet a deadline, hands-on and management alike. Its a friendly environment to work in and most people are easily approachable.
Cons
There is a good scope for improvement in inter-department communication, there doesn't seem to be good handshaking. Each department on its functions well, but put them together and things slow down. Work-life balance needs to improve as well.
