Small company, casual dress code.

The owner's son, who is the managing partner, is volatile, especially when the owner is not present, and sometimes in front of his dad. He's very unprofessional and yells and screams. He has no respect for the founder of the company and most employees are so happy when he travels, as they can work without fear of an outburst. When the phone lines are busy, the son forces people to take their lunch at their desk, a violation of U.S. Dept. of Labor code.
