Pros
Families, kids, coworkers are great.
Cons
Reading through these is reviews is shocking around how little has changed in 10 years. Everything about this job looks good on paper then after the dust settles a few months in, you realize how much you are being taken advantage of. The supervisors have little knowledge of life skills, little time to spend training or getting to know anymore, and little care for anything other than how many kids they can cram in the clinic at any time. Eve is a great public speaker and can twist any situation into a positive to persuade a parent into treatment plans that benefit her wallet over their skill building. Safety isn't prioritized. Clinicians are overworked, exhausted, and under appreciated. You'll make good friends here purely because of the trauma bond of the way her true self comes out after she's sucked you in. I just truly feel bad for the parents who trust her personal opinion when she has no background in home or school life. (Also, it's 2023- why are you still expecting working lunches on the daily??)
