Pay is good, but not good enough to tolerate this hell hole
Cons
Company skews heavily male. Micromanaging is built into the company. Workers are demoralized bc of poor management that never give positive affirmations and also have no clue what they are doing but think they are geniuses when their results show the opposite. Did layoffs for no good reason despite already being a small, lean, overworked org.
