Pros
overall comp is better than the avg software tech company out there, and i met a handful of decent coworkers.
Cons
my time there was rough. i came in as a backfill and i could see why it was a backfill right off the bat. the teams were not aligned internally and management was all over the place. i had 3 different bosses in the span of one year. the onboarding was pretty much a solo adventure and people got laid off left and right, so morale was never high.
