Decent draft selection. Gaile was an excellent manager.

Terrible chaotic system where people order up front and some sit down to have their order taken so there is always confusion and unhappy customers. Customers can make endless changes to their orders, backing up the line. Staff will do 5 jobs at once and often while busy. Taking orders up front which cuts deep into tips, yet you'll do 5 times the work. Take the order, make the drink, run the food, bus the plates, and wash the dishes yourself. Surprised we weren't cooking more often. Extremely condecending and passive aggressive attitudes out of nowhere from some managers and the CEO. Manager would talk your ear off for 30 minutes, and then the next day wouldn't even look at you when you say hello. Lack of leadership. Hot and cold attitudes. Neglect of health codes. Total chaos. Tips are awful even for an extremely busy Saturday night. Manager would get on the tip sheet even though he was in the back 98% of the time. Absolutley no communication from the owners and managers to the staff during covid. They just stopped scheduling people.
