Lots of things need to be organized, we are missing many systems to make school organized

Since our job was to take care of other people's children in a preschool and afterschool setting, we took it very seriously. Every staff member also looked out for each other. Between the teachers, managers, parents and kids, we had a real family.

Money is always tight, so we had to be creative. Sometimes we had to put off getting things we knew the kids needed, but we learned to be resourceful.
