Leadership instability creates worry despite comparable pay - Engineer III Congruex Employee Review

Good pay, good management here.

Lots of change, and yard closures make things difficult.

Decent benefits and some good leadership.

Also, leadership but there is some lack of communication and also I felt there is some nepotism present within the company. Also, did not appreciate some holidays being recognized by the company while (specific) others were not. Laid off due to a slower time which I kind of foresaw, but what was really a slap in the face was the separation agreement which was very one-sided and had a lot of questionable verbiage in it. I hope others read theirs before signing it as it is not worth the concessions offered
