RMs are not trusted to do basic tasks, ie: make voucher adjustments in Yardi. Compliance Department adds extra hoops to jump through, beyond state and federal requirements, just for job security. Outspoken leaders are terminated. Expectations are too high, and the treatment of employees is abysmal. EVP and CEO have no clue about affordable housing. This 50 year old company that used to be a pleasure to work for is now one I cannot wait to leave. I have a new job lined up, and I will never look back. Bully culture that I will not miss. I am sad to leave so many great people behind.
