Very questionable hiring/ firing tactics. VERY questionable people in some management positions- who look and act like high school cheerleaders- and not the nice ones. I wonder how they have lasted at this company?? hmmm.... I was not in sales, I did assist sales though and was one of the folks that distributed leads. I was always told exactly who to continuously "feed" the "good" leads to- and these folks hardly needed help. It should have been an even distribution - (unless someone has a disciplinary issue)- but it never was. Good leads only ever went to about 5 people there and the garbage leads were recycled and re-fed to the other 80% of the sales staff.
