Pros
Ken and LeeAnne (husband and wife owners) Are both easy to talk to, the receptionists they have are easy to get along with and work hard.
Cons
They are struggling to implement a service model when their strength as contractors aren't in the service industry. They have an insane turnover rate because of a serious lack in leadership and program implementation. They make lofty promises, and struggle to implement their incentives leaving many former employees feeling as if they "move goalposts". In the 6 months I worked there they had a %100 turnover rate, of the 15 employees they had when I started I believe they have 4 left and one of them is their son. I wish them luck, and hope they can find a way to implement the service model they hope to adopt, until then, it seems to me they will struggle to keep quality employees happy.
