      Pros

      Nick Trotty is a very fair and flexible manager. He believes in work life balance. Benefits are immediate!

      Cons

      No chance of becoming a Grainger employee for up to a year after leaving Connection. There is a feeling of us (Contractors) and them (Grainger Employees). No chance of promotion either. High turnover because of employee burnout.

      Work with excellent and experienced team that support each other. We have a lot of offerings and capabilities to promote and sell.

      Long hours, huge focus on making and exceeding quota, very competitive industry with low margins to win large deals.
