It's more than just an outdated mentality and senior leadership focused on keeping their jobs. The company will not live up to the terms of your employment. I was hired as part of a new team in a fully remote position. Everyone is spread out across the country. I was informed that I will need to report to an office because I live within a 35 mile radius.
