Cons
Talk is cheap. They talk a big game and have a phenomenal marketing team and HR campaign, but in the end, more is said than done. The main leaders of the call center are egotistical, self serving, inconsistent and unqualified to manage people. The morale is low, people are unhappy and negative talk is everywhere, yet they seem either unaware, uninterested in changing, or unable to initiate genuine improvements. There are many good people who come and go, yet they are overlooked, unappreciated and unsupported. Although the company has so much potential, it will fail if leaders refuse to identify their staff as their most valuable asset. There seems to be strong leaders in different areas of the business, yet there also seems to be dissension in the ranks. The company does not function as one team and the loyal employees get stuck in the aftermath.
