This is not a fair representation of our District Managers. No one enjoys micromanaging anyone and generally it happens only when their employees are not doing things that will take care of our customers the way they deserve and building winning habits that will allow our employees to make great money,
That could be the issue you are facing with not making the money you wanted - if you were having to be micromanaged due to you not doing the things that make you successful, you were probably not making the money you wanted.
We have sales makers making $3000 to $4000 commission checks a month. If you do the right things, the right ways, for the right reasons - you will make money.
To address our Elite Performers Trip, it is a phenomenal trip and many of our venddors help sponsor it but it is not do the trip OR pay employees more.
It is if an employee performs well - you will make more money AND you have the chance to go on the award trip.
