Pros

Maybe the office party when they had them.

Cons

They forced employees to work in the office during the pandemic against state guidelines. Lots of people got covid, yet they never closed the offices. They cared more about the dress code then you are your family’s well-being. They treat you like a commodity to be spit out. There is no pathway for partnership or compensation structure for brining in clients. It’s all white men, women are treated differently and given no opportunity. Minorities do not exist as far as attorneys. Basically, you need to be white male and Irish for this firm.

Pros

it’s a job and a paycheck. Quality of work and life depends on office location.

Cons

The New York office sees many people come and go, because they do not value their employees. I’ve seen new attorneys leave after a couple days because the environment here is so… bad. A few kind people here but the ones who ‘matter’ will treat you as if you are beneath them. The attorneys don’t care for you, stingy resources, there is no training, there is a lot of drama and negative energy. there is an employee here who will track when you come and go from break, blame you for mistakes, it’s terrible. Take the risk if you want.
