      Pros

      Pros: Family owned company - Several of the associates that work/worked their are great.

      Cons

      Cons: The company always said they wanted our input but 100% fell on deaf ears. Upper Management is very closed minded and not open to new ideas. Homes were often priced too high and struggled to sell.

      High pay (while you work there)

      Cons

      Beware they are a "bate and switch" company, they will hire you to catch up with things when they are busy and let you go when caught up. All while promising to train you, when they just let you go without any training whatsoever. This company is a joke.....dont wast your time or energy on them.
