It's rare to find a team this committed.

      Cons

      Medical insurance options for remote employees are adequate but could be more robust. Would love to see expanded plan choices down the road.

      At times, the company can move very quickly with changes and new initiatives. It would be beneficial to slow down occasionally to ensure we are bringing employees and the broader business along with you.
