Pros

The pay is good but that's all.

Cons

This is the most toxic work environment I have ever worked in. A small group of very dishonest people do everything they can to make themselves look better than others and the sad thing is that the President of the company believes them. Basically the inmates run the asylum.

Pros

Plenty of overtime Insurance benefit are cheap ( but you get what you pay for) The parts are easy, if you are into long run times, you will like it. I personally thought they had some decent tooling, nice boring bars for example.

Cons

Seems someone in management likes to create a little chaos and drama. Management would talk about the “Rumors” that they admitted were started by management 😄🤷🏻‍♂️ I’m not sure I’d call it a con, just a “buyer beware” you are expected to work all scheduled hours, not doing so will eventually lead to termination. (Simply calling in sick isn’t getting you off the hook) I didn’t care for the required one hour lunch. 6am-6pm with a one hour lunch only equals 11 hours per day, 55 hours per 5 day week is a hard earned 55 hours. Again, I don’t consider it a con, but There’s an additional scheduled 8 to 10 hours on Saturday. You are expected to work the 6 days. All in all, as far as a job working for someone else goes, it’s not that bad. You may hear some things from former employees, but do understand that there has been a power struggle going on up there for several months. Lots of people lost the struggle to the top, some got bitter and pushed through, others got bitter and quit.

Pros

Great health insurance, for those who are eligible to sign up for them. Not all employees get benefits immediately upon hire, some do, and some don’t.

Cons

Horrible leadership and management team. All of which are highly unprofessional and unorganized. Overall the entire facility lacks communication and struggles to define roles. Employees are not treated with basic respect, in the sense that they are spoken to through curse words and belittled in front of peers regularly. In addition, new employees are not provided any formal training, or even resources to self train, of any kind pertaining to their specialized ERP or standard work methods and processes.
