I feel valued by Conservation Corps. They are responsive to staff feedback and offer competitive salaries and benefits to staff. If I want to change something in my area, I feel empowered to do so.

CCMI could have more efficient systems and processes. They could be clearer about priorities and how to influence decision-making.

A worthwhile experience for the 11 months I served my term. I hope that it creates a foundation for my career in my preferred field.
