Pros
Great Culture. Fun, Flexible - no clock watching Rewarding and pretty open in informing employees. 25 years old business but has a complete start-up feel and way of operating Cool offices, right next to central station, Mario Kart tournament, Fruit delivered everyday, Nespresso coffees etc. Everyone gets a stand-up desk pretty much, modern facilities, technologies Cool product and very talented people. Has had a difficult year but I'm sure they are heading in the right direction.
Cons
Lots of Senior Management changes within a year which looks quite destabilising. It's lacking clear product suite vision which is a weakness to beat the competition. Customer seems forgotten to race in releasing software quick.
