Pros

not really much if I am being honest. The CEO was super nice and cool guy, respected him. Unfortunate some of the other people employed here take away from that.

Cons

I had a very disappointing experience at this company. As a recent graduate, I expected a more structured onboarding process, but there was little guidance beyond basic system navigation. The focus was often on what buttons to press rather than explaining the reasoning behind processes. I made consistent efforts to ask questions and seek clarification, but the environment often felt passive and unresponsive. Management did not take a proactive role in training or development, and there was little effort to ensure new employees understood expectations or felt supported. This lack of communication and engagement made it difficult to build confidence in the role or perform effectively. Instead of fostering growth, management’s approach felt reactive and at times dismissive, which created unnecessary frustration. Overall, the culture did not feel invested in employee development, and I would not recommend this company to recent graduates looking for mentorship, structure, or meaningful support early in their careers. At one point, the experience significantly impacted my confidence as a new accountant; however, after transitioning to a different company, it became clear that this environment—not the profession—was the issue. Never been happier.

Pros

Very nice coworkers and you get to travel a good amount in your first year. Guided training process wasn’t bad

Cons

Low pay and long hours. The contract they’ll have you sign in misleading on salary. You’re basically going to be a hourly employee your first 2/3 years and more likely than not are not going to be making the amount on the contract unless you do a lot of overtime. There is a lot of corporate pressure on being able to move wherever they tell you to also. My best advice is to look at what your local managers lives are like and consider if they’re happy or not. You have to have a certain amount of being a loner in you to be ok with their outlandish moving expectations.
