Pros
Every employee I have met has been incredibly friendly, and everyone goes out of their way to help you understand the electrical business.
Cons
Working for CED is not glamourous at all, and if you're looking for a high paying sales/ managerial job, this is not the company for you. The training program is VERY slow. A two year training program sounds like a decent amount of time to learn the business and go through each phase, but it is far too much time in each phase, and the management has no sense of urgency to move you through. Although you are learning things in each phase, much more could be done to understand the business. The compensation is also very poor compared to other positions, and profiit sharing does not enable you to reap the benefits of your hard work (assuming you sell a lot).
