Pros
I really like working at Consolidated Fire Protection. I have worked for the company for a long time and truly enjoy it. The work is fast pace and there is always something to do, so you are never board watching the clock waiting for the day to end. A major reason I like working for the company, especially the Texas office is the room for growth! The Texas office is a new office that has only been open for 4-5 years now so there is a lot of opportunity for promotions and growth within the company, HOWEVER, you need to be willing to put in the work and show that you are willing to learn and take on new / additional task to help the company, and yourself, to excel.
The holiday parties are another huge plus, they are always really fun and there is always a raffle with great prizes. everyone usually leaves with something!
Management here is another reason i have stayed with the company, they are always willing to teach you and are very patient.
Lastly- the pay and bonus structure is pretty good!
Cons
If you don't like a fast paced environment this is not the place for you.
-work load, the workload is a lot at times but it helps the days go by fast.
