I was hired as a Graphics & Art Assistant with the understanding that training would be provided. However, there was no structured onboarding or formal training, and basic resources were not in place. I was terminated after approximately six weeks, even though my onboarding process had not yet been completed. During my one-month check-in, I raised concerns about the lack of training, unclear expectations, and missing resources. One week later, I was terminated and informed that the decision had already been made. Additional concerns included: HR was not involved in the hiring process and was unaware of my employment until after interviews were completed. No desk or computer during the first week, which limited productivity. Unclear direction combined with micromanagement, with limited availability for guidance. Inconsistent professionalism in meetings, with discussions often focused on individual priorities rather than team alignment or role clarity.
