4yFirst, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Hearing your experience—however disappointing —is the only way we can improve. As the Chief People Officer, I want to personally apologize for the challenges and frustrations you experienced while working for CONSOR. I also want to assure you that I, and our leadership team, take your feedback seriously.
While you are no longer with the company, for those who are and choose to join us in the future, I want to be clear that discrimination is not tolerated at CONSOR. We encourage all staff at any level who experience or witness discrimination to bring this to the attention of HR for immediate action.
