It sounds like you were part of one of our teams experiencing peak demand, and while there will always be times of peak demand in our industry, we could have done a better job communicating what we are doing to rebalance the workload. We love that Consor is making an impact in our communities, with more clients relying on us for their transportation and water needs, and we are hiring and distributing workload across other geographies to ease the peak demand some of our teams are experiencing.
