-Good culture in the areas that organically grew -Mostly competitive pay

Cons

-Abrupt reduction in workforce with no solutions on how to distribute work -Hostile new C-Suite leadership installed by the private equity firm since the old CEO departed. -Company has no real vision other than to make money for the private equity firm leading to all time low employee morale.
