Good basic pay, work from home all the time except for the odd team day in the office. Lots of good people there and some decent middle management.

No strategy, just buy and absorb random companies. Lack of ability to influence even small decisions. Childish senior managers/HoDs focusing on memes in the public chat amongst themselves in all staff meetings. Inability to obtain training - 4 years requesting the same courses. Other than salary benefits are poor.

Too much workload Low Pay for the workload they give Expect us to do a 3 person job Shift rotas from 6am to 3pm / from 7am to 4pm or from 10am to 7pm (40h per week + weekends every for 4 weeks 8h days) Bad management Low Progression within the team and company Micro management Almost zero acknowledgment when presenting a problem within the team or the company
