Pros

It was one of the best places to work in until they promoted toxic and manipulative people to upper management positions.

Cons

After they promoted toxic and manipulative lady to VP, she promoted other toxic people for their failed projects and unnecessary expenses while talented people are being held back and are quitting.

Pros

Standard pro across the company are the benefits - they are competitive and evaluate them year over year.

Cons

If corporate ladder climbing is your gig - you're home. Low accountability culture and terrible leadership experience. I say this while calling out that there are *some* exceptional leaders, but they will not outshine this terrible culture. Be sure to interview the person you'll be reporting to. My time here was full of hard work and my leader taking all the credit for it. This was not an unknown issue and was never resolved. Additionally, any amount of research would indicate that anonymous surveys are single-handedly the most toxic part of any culture. Evidently, they do not agree. To make matters worse, their philosophy is such that the anonymous feedback WILL dictate your merit increase and performance placement, even after clearly stating they do not. Your professional growth will not survive the anonymous internet warriors. Prospective hire, my final note to you - your successful hire will undoubtedly be determined by how well your immutable characteristics fit their ‘check boxes’. If your name appears to be too Caucasian or American, well, I recommend you keep looking. They do the absolute least regarding DE&I only to claim they do the most, but only on the claims that they "look" diverse. Go work somewhere your value is determined by your skills, expertise, and experience, not just the color of your skin or the way your name looks.
