the place is so understaffed, and overworked if you want to be a zombie, you can make a killing in hours, until they catch on that the work is getting done and they are getting paid, then they will cut you off, and make you feel as if the only reason you are alive, id because they made you. then they will say after the strip you of any dignity, for again working you A%$ off, its not personal, just business.

lack of organization lack of staff lack of education of the industry lack of work trucks for non management staff no morals to many managers/boss's wrong people in wrong postions lack of proper training lack of true industry knowledge greedy owners believe they are better than the entire industry staff is constantly told to go against industry standards lack of vendor program accountability false pay scale no room to advance unsafe work vechicles false sense of " filmily owned " customers are looked at as income only no internal checks and balances staff is used to do personal errands and sidework for company owners horrible hiring process bonus structure is a complete mess, designed to never pay out every job is designed in house to give the owners pockets a payout, before any work is completed
