Pros

- Dale Tincher (owner) great man, however no longer very active in the company - work from home option

Cons

The management is very political, with significant conflict of interests within positions. Certain directors have much more weight at the company because of their personal affiliations instead of credentials or care for the success of the company itself. The management also does not have a clear path, expectations or trainings available. They hastily hire and fire people so the turn over rate is very high. They do not give any raises, ever. You will always make what you start at. They offer "incentive bonuses" which most people at the company do not receive, with no explanation as to why or how to improve to get one, or denying bonuses due to factors that are completely out of an employee's control. (For instance, a Digital marketing manager who'll not receive a bonus if a client leaves whether or not that had any control over the client leaving or not. So, if your client retires/ takes marketing in- house, isn't seeing the results they were promised by sales staff who work off of commission only in the beginning of the campaign- you will not receive a bonus. ) The practices at the company in terms of the services they provide are very weak. This leads to taking on or keeping abusive clients just to make ends meet, making employees jobs very stressful.
