Pros
Great people to work with. Generally nice supervisors, front-line staff, and managers. Benefits package is acceptable. Remote work is available (lower pay if starting).
Cons
The goals set by leadership are often unattainable, contributing to high levels of stress and burnout. The agent-to-supervisor ratio is far too high, making it difficult to effectively support team members. Additionally, it's challenging to take PTO without work piling up, leading to a lack of work-life balance and difficulty disconnecting from work. Leadership at the director/manager level and above lacks clear communication and direction, leading to confusion on team priorities. Base pay is below or comparable with industry standards across both entry-level and supervisory roles, which leads to low morale and difficulty retaining talent. Despite the high expectations and workload, compensation doesn’t align with the demands of the job.
