Pros

Good benefits Good work life balance Remote

Cons

If you are black don’t expect a promotion. You could be stuck in the same spot for over 25 years. They rather employ their friends from outside before they promote well deserving black employees.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We're truly sorry to hear that you felt your growth and contributions were not recognized the way they should have been. That's not the experience we want anyone to have at CR. Creating an inclusive work environment is one of our core values, and we are consistently working to ensure every employee feels supported, valued, and see real opportunities for growth. We have taken new steps to strengthen fairness in how we hire, promote, and develop talent. We remain committed to living up to our values every day.

Pros

Passionate team members, and some of the new leadership are progressing the organization forward in a positive and true-to-itself way while also helping modernize. I also like that the new CEO spends much of his time (or says he does) listening to consumers, businesses, employees, and not just inside an ivory tower, which some other previous leadership at VP level did to the detriment of the company in the past.

Cons

Sometimes work with agencies too often and who are quite subpar in what they deliver
