Pros
It’s a nice area I guess
Cons
All the good reviews are asked to be made by one of the higher ups that work there, so do not trust them. Extremely long hours - 10 hours 6 DAYS A WEEK and they will pressure you to come in on Sunday as well. Literally no pay and if you make sales, in the end it’s not worth it, if you compare the amount of hours worked and sales made, you’re most likely earning less than minimum wage. The environment is overly personal, while this can be nice, it’s definitely a fall back because everyone takes things too personally. Also, the trainers and higher up’s can be extremely rude and are a little too comfortable for the fact that they’re exploiting their employees, This job is only worth it if you make at least 2-5 sales per week, which is rare because of how high the turnover rate is and many people are just starting. The “morning meetings” are literally a mind game to attempt to keep people to stay, in a way they’re “selling” you on staying when it’s actually not worth it at all. Parking is a struggle.
