      - Had very helpful managers - Comfortable speaking with upper management - Flexible schedules - Got to help a lot of people - Helped people with their educational goals

      Cons

      - Heavy workload at times - Minimum wage pay - All of the part time front line staff employees were let go all across Ontario due to restructuring

      Be careful of this company! They fire people for no reason or if someone in their nepotistic fiefdom doesn't like you. Everyone has to tiptoe around a toxic employee in the IT group. They got rid of me because they said I wasn't doing my work, which is a lie. RUN AWAY from this company! They have extremely unrealistic expectations from their workers, and their top managers and CEO just fire people cause they feel like it. Don't believe me? Read the non-fake reviews.
