*Not enough training on how to work with clients who are court involved or are in foster care. *Inconsistent pay and difficulty in getting access to payroll *Dedicated managers and supervisors are overloaded and getting burned out *Said would provide in agency trainings twice a month and in the 6 months I was there, was only 1 training. *High turnover *Poor management impacts quality of service for clients *High expectations for number of hours worked. The amount and quality of work is hard to maintain.
