Although some who don't want to do the work will be harsh on Content.ad, most everyone else loves this place and are truly experts in their respective fields. Breakfast on Wednesdays, many company parties, generous bonus', fair raises, and loads of office events to keep departments working together. High speed environment that has a lot of room for constant reinvention of every aspect of the business.
