Great Company with Enormous Potential - Anonymous employee ContentWatch Employee Review

I have worked for ContentWatch for almost 11 years. It has been great working for a company that is driven to provide solutions to help keep child safe online and also to help parents in this digital age. The work is very rewarding and the people are wonderful to work with. Management tries very hard to ensure that the employees feel appreciated and there is a lot of transparency. There is much collaboration and everyone's ideas are requested and taken into consideration

Nice people with strong vision of how to succeed. Very attentive to making sure people are happy. Mediocre benefits.

As a software company they are solely driven by the innovations and speed of the developer team. That team is run like a democracy, so it doesn't really matter what management sets out to do. The developers are super talented and want to create every bell and whistle possible in the software - which means nothing launches on time and customers get a product that has way more features than they need or use.
